Invoicing
Here you will find Sejerslev’s invoicing instructions for suppliers and subcontractors. The instructions describe the requirements for invoice references, documentation and submission of invoices. Invoices must always be sent electronically to EAN 5790002843310 - please read the full instructions before sending an invoice.
Every invoice must state project number, cost allocation code and the purchaser’s initials. The code identifies the correct cost allocation and whether the expense is recharged to a customer. Include the complete reference in the structured e-invoice reference field.
Use only the code provided by your Sejerslev contact. One invoice per reference - invoice separate projects or cost codes separately.
Specify the delivery/work date or period, location, clear description of the goods or services, quantity, unit price and itemised extras. Include order/delivery-note numbers and supporting documents where applicable. Generic descriptions such as "work", "materials" or "miscellaneous" are insufficient.
Temporary labour and hourly work
Worker’s name, date, site, task, start/end times, breaks, billable hours, hourly rates and separate supplements. Attach approved, itemised timesheets.
