Steel structures are manufactured at Sejerslev’s own production facilities, where modern machine technology is combined with specialised craftsmanship. With technical clarification, machining, welding and quality control gathered in-house, we ensure close coordination between engineering and production - and can respond quickly when the project changes.

On-site welding, in-house production and technical clarification are core competencies at Sejerslev. We work with load-bearing steel structures, specialist foundations and pipe systems - supported by qualified procedures, installation and documentation.

Specialised welding & pipe systems
Experience with manual and automated welding, stud welding, welding of reinforcement steel and duplex stainless steel, and welding of district heating pipes.
Steel structures
Anchor consoles, sheet pile bracing, tension frames, cross beams and other bespoke structures for foundations, bridges, harbours and industry.
In-house production
CNC plasma cutting, automatic sawing, and robotic and manual welding in our own workshop.

Technical clarification
Detailed engineering, production documentation and dialogue with consultants when an engineered solution must be turned into practical execution. Short communication and decision paths allow fast technical clarification when project conditions require it.
A structure must not only be engineerable. It must be buildable.
On complex projects, the engineered solution meets the actual conditions in the workshop and on the construction site.
We bring experience from production, specialised welding and installation into the technical clarification - early in the project.
This enables us to work with the full picture: materials, joints, tolerances, production method, documentation, logistics and the final installation.
Documentation is part of the delivery.
On projects with certified welding and complex steel structures, documentation is not something added at the end.
Material documentation, traceability, WPQR/WPS, welder qualifications, inspection and relevant NDT form part of the process from production to finished structure, according to the requirements of the project.
Sejerslev is certified to EN 1090-1 in execution classes EXC1, EXC2, EXC3 and EXC4. Our management systems also cover ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 3834-2.
